Refund & Returns Policy

Conditions of Return: 

All items must be in original packaging and/or have tags attached. All items must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Please send your returns within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order to: Little Turtle Baby (as discussed via email)

Exchange Policy: 

If you change your mind and would like to exchange an item for a different style or different garment, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order to discuss and make arrangements.  Please email us – info@littleturtlebaby.com.au 
Postage charges to receive the original order; return of item(s) to Little Turtle Baby and to receive replacement item(s) are to be covered by the purchaser. 

Faulty Items: 

Unfortunately, the occasional garment may have a fault that is not picked up during our quality control process. We apologise should a faulty garment “slip through the cracks”. Please check all items when you receive them and alert Little Turtle Baby of any faults within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please email us – info@littleturtlebaby.com.au   Should an item develop a fault after this time that is not due to usual wear and tear or misuse, please contact us to discuss. These types of faults will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a garment is faulty, you are able to exchange or return it for a full refund. To discuss further, please contact info@littleturtlebaby.com.au Please ensure you contact us before sending back any faulty items.
Postage charges (to receive the original order and return of item) for faulty items will be covered by Little Turtle Baby.
